Bug reports & feature requests
For anything reproducible, open an issue at github.com/cpj-fyi/ccccharter/issues. Public is fine; sensitive details should go to email instead.
Slack help
If /charter isn't responding or the install flow stalls, double-check that the ccccharter bot has been invited to the channel (/invite @ccccharter) and that an org owner has connected Slack from Org settings → Connectors. Still stuck? Email with your org slug and the workspace name.
Security disclosures
If you've found a vulnerability, please email clay@cpj.fyidirectly with details. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours.
Status
Hosted on Vercel + Supabase. There's no public status page yet. If something looks broken, assume it's broken — and tell us.
